Riverside School District #2 is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our district is made up of newer residential properties with nearly 1,000 students on two campuses with a third campus on the drawing board. We are very fortunate to have the advantage of commercial, university, and industrial partnerships that help support our advanced curriculum, state of the art sports facilities, year round extracurricular activities, fully funded afterschool academic tutoring programs, and integrated instructional technologies that are unavailable to many large and private schools. In essence, we are the school district of choice for the discerning parent.

As Superintendent of Schools for R2, I would like to welcome you to the Riverside School District #2 Web site and encourage you to look at the information offered on this site. I am very pleased to inform you that both our schools are “Performing Plus.” Our success is a result of the preparation, dedication, and teamwork among our administrators, teachers, and support personnel. Partnerships with parents, businesses, and community members are key to assisting students achieve their full potential.

We have a wide variety of quality academic and extracurricular programs designed to meet our district's focus: "Excellence in Education." We strive to give every child an opportunity to succeed in a safe, nurturing, and academically rigorous environment. Our new state-of-the-art facilities and highly qualified staff have set the stage for our district and schools to excel in every aspect of our students education and development.

We designed our new R2 Parent Center to provide parents with adult education courses and become the nexus of our community outreach program.
