We'll update this page frequently to keep you informed about the latest happenings here at Riverside! Promotional Material Do you know parents who might be interested in Riverside School District? We have informational flyers and brochures available for you to share with friends and family: Child Find Public schools and the Arizona Early Intervention Program are responsible for "finding" eligible children and providing services needed for them to reach their developmental milestones or meet their educational needs. When children are "found," they are referred to a specialist to screen their development. The screening helps identify any areas of concern that need to be evaluated further. In order to receive early intervention or special education services, a child must be evaluated to confirm they have a delay or disability that falls under state definitions. If your child or a child you know, older than 36 months, is found to be delayed, the school district is responsible to either service the student within the district or to find services outside of the district. Between the ages of birth to 29 months, referrals are handled through the Arizona Early Intervention Program. For more information on Child Find, please click here. Attention: Parents! Please note that any board policy is available for oral translation. There is always a translator available at our Board meetings. Padres, por favor note que cualquier póliza de la mesa directiva esta disponible para traducción. Siempre hay un traductor disponible en nuestras juntas de la mesa directiva. |
